This site does one thing with personal data: it takes an email address so we can tell you when Admintika opens. That is the whole story. The rest of this page is the same sentence, said carefully.
Who is asking
Valatika, established in the Netherlands. Chamber of Commerce number 42140171, registered at Brinkweg 108, 8141 NB Heino. You can reach us at sandra@valatika.com or cherralyn@valatika.com.
What we collect
- Your email address, because you typed it into the form.
- Which language you were reading the site in, so we write to you in that one.
- The date you signed up and confirmed, which our email provider records automatically.
No account, no tracking cookies, no analytics, no advertising pixels. The only cookie-like thing on this site is a note in your own browser remembering whether you picked English or Dutch, which never leaves your device.
Why, and on what basis
To send you one email when the first Admintika module opens, and occasional news about Valatika after that. The legal basis is your consent, which you give twice: once by submitting the form, and again by clicking the confirmation link we email you. Until you click that link, we do not add you to anything.
Who else sees it
- Brevo (Sendinblue SAS, France) stores the list and sends the email. They act as our processor and keep the data within the EU.
- Microsoft Azure (West Europe) hosts this website and the form endpoint.
Nobody else. We do not sell, rent, share or trade the list, and there is no third party we would enjoy explaining that to.
How long we keep it
Until you unsubscribe, or until you ask us to delete it, or until it becomes clear the list has no purpose left — whichever comes first. Every email we send has an unsubscribe link, and unsubscribing removes you from the list.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you can ask us for a copy of what we hold, have it corrected, have it deleted, or withdraw your consent at any time. Email either founder and we will do it ourselves, usually the same day — there is no department to route it through. If you think we have handled it badly, you can complain to the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens.

Deze site doet één ding met persoonsgegevens: een e-mailadres aannemen zodat we kunnen laten weten wanneer Admintika opengaat. Dat is het hele verhaal. De rest van deze pagina is dezelfde zin, netjes opgeschreven.

Wat we vastleggen
- Je e-mailadres, omdat je het in het formulier hebt getypt.
- In welke taal je de site las, zodat we je in die taal schrijven.
- De datum waarop je je aanmeldde en bevestigde, die onze mailprovider automatisch bijhoudt.
Geen account, geen tracking cookies, geen analytics, geen advertentiepixels. Het enige cookie-achtige op deze site is een notitie in je eigen browser die onthoudt of je Nederlands of Engels koos, en die je apparaat nooit verlaat.
Waarom, en op welke grondslag
Om je één mail te sturen zodra de eerste module van Admintika opengaat, en daarna af en toe nieuws over Valatika. De grondslag is jouw toestemming, die je twee keer geeft: één keer door het formulier te versturen, en nog een keer door op de bevestigingslink te klikken die we je mailen. Tot je die link aanklikt, zetten we je nergens op.
Wie het verder ziet
- Brevo (Sendinblue SAS, Frankrijk) bewaart de lijst en verstuurt de mail. Zij zijn onze verwerker en houden de gegevens binnen de EU.
- Microsoft Azure (West-Europa) host deze website en het formulier.
Verder niemand. We verkopen, verhuren of delen de lijst niet, en er is geen derde partij aan wie we dat met plezier zouden uitleggen.
Hoe lang we het bewaren
Tot je je afmeldt, of tot je ons vraagt het te verwijderen, of tot duidelijk is dat de lijst geen doel meer heeft — wat het eerst komt. Elke mail die we sturen heeft een afmeldlink, en afmelden haalt je van de lijst.
Je rechten
Op grond van de AVG kun je opvragen wat we van je hebben, het laten corrigeren, het laten verwijderen, of je toestemming op elk moment intrekken. Mail een van beide oprichters en we doen het zelf, meestal dezelfde dag — er is geen afdeling om het langs te sturen. Vind je dat we er slecht mee zijn omgegaan, dan kun je klagen bij de Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens.
